Orders and delivery
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance depends on stock, accurate customer details, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and delivery availability. Successful payment authorization is followed by an expected 1–2 business days of order handling. Shipment then has an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Returns and exchanges
Both defects and qualifying no-defect returns can be reviewed, as can exchanges. A no-defect product must be new, unused and in original condition, and a request for it may follow a preference change or selection error. Start the request within 30 days after delivery. Your package contains a free prepaid return label for the approved mail-back process; there is no restocking fee. We accept exchange requests when review and stock allow. Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original method, although a provider may post the credit later. The Refund Policy provides the full procedure.
